I came in for an oil change Mike and Adam were the best no pressure and gave information. The prices were fair. The team is knowledgeable at this location and their customer service is stellar. My tires were 7 years old. They had reasonable prices at the location at 692 Lake and found the best deal for both the oil change and the tires.

I had a great experience at Suburban Tire today for a wheel alignment. I had scheduled my appointment last week over the phone with Ramon. Today, I worked with Mike when I arrived. Both were pleasant, professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. The price was very reasonable, and the wait time was much quicker than expected. It’s always nice to find a shop that provides excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Ramon Rosas explained everything. He gave me the best pricing and further appied coupons. In addition to explaining what was required for my car , they send pictures and label them in importance to what is suggested or required. I would definitely go back for my auto needs and highly recommend.

Front desk mgr. was there waiting for me. He 1st asked why i made the appointmentt for an alignment. I told him my front left tire had a hard hit into a pot hole. Instead of telling me they would do an alignment , he suggested 1st they would confirm the need before doing an alignment .(WHAT?! An honest shop!!) They diagnosed just the left wheel needed an alignment (WHAT! no upsetting to at least full front?!!) Though the mechanics were busy, my car was in the shop in 5 minutes ! Waited maybe 40-45 minutes. Definitely will be going here from now on!
